Reflection about Google Practical Tools

The most interesting, useful, enjoyable and knowledgeable project in MIS course was about Google tools practically. In this project the whole class applied a new tool and was teaching us what it is? How to use it? And also I discovered much more new stuff about each Google tools. After each session I was gaining a lot of information and then I was applying it in my studies to improve my skills. I really felt comfortable, satisfied, pleased and suitable by using the Google tools.
First of all, the first tool that I felt that in need during my studies that when I used the tool of google search for the report of Satellite industry, so I was receiving emails that included articles and information regarding that topic. Also, I used the google finance in one of my accounting projects that was looking for an income statement and balance sheet for any private company worldwide and google finance assist me a lot.
In addition, youtube is another google tool that I felt so useful, interesting and informative, because I was using it for the studies, personal and fun purpose. What’s more, that I used the goole calendar by create different calendar with different tasks by coloring each one in diverse color and share it with my friends. Furthermore, I knew Picasa google tool but I wasn’t using it a lot because I wasn’t aware how to use it very good, after the session I become expert is using that tool. I used in editing many pictures, adding some text on it and doing some videos.
Additionally, I always use the gmail google tool that I really felt easier than the one that I usually use. There are some features that I liked like, filtering the email from different emails that I don’t want to receive them anymore. Also, I can categorize the emails as my choice plus withdrawing all the emails that I have from any other email like the college email or my personal email form hotmail. Moreover, I used the blog google tool that was another requirement as a part for MIS project to do it, where I can post many various photos and videos in diverse topics besides I can share it with my friends or not as I like. Also, Google Docs helped me a lot in writing a group report. So, we can all edit, add, delete and much more to do in the same document and all of us can be updated with the latest ones.
Finally, Google practical tools support me a lot during my studies plus I discovered and learned new stuff in that specific project. It reduces my time and save it while I use those dissimilar Google tools like, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Chrome, Google Desktop and so many that may aid you in your practical life.

A Strange Phenomenon Because of the Earthquake and Tsunami Japan!!!

Japanese Divorce

Actually the couple goes the judge for the divorce and he will ask them to bring their rings and he will give them the hammer and they should hold it by one hand and keep knocking on the rings till it broke up. After that the divorced process are done and each one will have their own way of life.
I think is so impressing way of divorcing and maybe while the couple knocking the rings to broke it up they will be having some emotional to not divorce and stay together!!!

Strongest girl in Britain

There is a Britain girl 11 years old, she can carry weights equivalent to the weight or equivalent of 28 bags of sugar on her head. She spends 12 hours per week in the halls for exercise training under her brother supervision as well her mother with her.
And nowadays most of the girls can’t carry their own bags!!!

Guggenheim Museum - New York

One of the artists in Guggenheim Museum covered the walls with $100,000 of $1 sort which is around 367,300 Dhs. It will be showed for the public from 20 May till 2nd November 2011. After the exhibition he will be collecting his money and take them back to his home.

Last Day on DWC

On Wednesday 8th June 2011 is my last day in the college as a Bachelor student in Business and Management – Accounting Major. I really will be missing the studies, my teachers, the works, pressures and much more. Besides, I will be missing my classmates, my friends and especially my group members. Of course I will be contacting them but not like nowadays. I really had very wonderful moments during the DWC life. I had gained and learned a lot from knowledge, skills, meeting new friends, new teachers, the Bazzar event, sport days, national day and so many events during the DWC life. I believe that I am ready now to the practical life, because with DWC I obtained the new skills and I had the ability that to be ready beside the courses that were required for our specific majors. I think that were some strict rules annoying us but still that were in our benefit. I thank the entire teachers who taught me plus the whole DWC staff and who collaborate with me in my study and keeping me optimistic.

African Day

I had visited an African restaurant one day for lunch in Emirates Mall with my classmates. I liked their theme that was letting you to feel in Africa, we were confused what to order for our meals because we weren’t know what’s their best and it’s our first time to visit them. The guy who service us was telling us what’s their delicious meals that the people usual order and some of us order the same but the other were afraid that do not like them so they ordered something normal and light. At the end they we were interested to drum beats but I failed and then we let them to drum for us.

Osha – Germany Lady

On Friday 20 May 2011 I was sitting with my family and watching TV, so we were looking to Arabic program in AD TV that interviewing people in UAE. So, the programmer interviewed a Germany lady that lived in UAE around 23 years. She lives in the desert where the old people lived there and actually for the badawy people who are living in the desert with old traditional. What I really like about that program that they showed those kind of people’s interest. So this Germany laday called herself Osha the pure local name. I was impressed about her knowledge about the UAE traditional for example; she has approximately 12 different kinds of camels that for milk, race and many others stuff plus she likes to ride them and she is expert how to deal with them. Furthermore, she knows how to get the milk from them every day and she likes to drink it freshly. Also, she is aware of the diverse types of the coffee that in each emirate how they like it for example in AD emirate they like it black but in DXB more lighter and she was doing the coffee freshly to welcome the programmer. Additionally, she likes the way of UAE ladies dresses and she is dressing up the same. Moreover, she has a lot of local women friends that she learned from each a sort of Arabic food that we usual like as well the old ones. I really get surprised when she said that she wants to be living in UAE for ever till her death. She really admires the UAE traditional she feels very comfortable plus she doesn’t feel that is far away from her country because UAE is her second country. However, she was saying that there were some European schools visit her and see how she is living.

One of my favorites sport

I learned skating since I was 7 years old in Hyatt Regency Hotel in Galleria by myself and brother was helping me a lot. It was a very interesting days that I spent during the summer for 3 years. After I grow up I couldn't go because I was feeling shay and I was going to the ladies club and leisure land on the ladies day only to practice the one of my favorites sport.

25-02-2011 Friday Family Day

Usually Friday is our Family Day the special day to me becasue I always be with my parents, brother, sister and the children as well. So, my brother birthday was on 24 Feb 2011 the day before and I decided to celebrated on 25 Feb 2011 becasue it's Friday and the most improtant members the Children will be there.

Jet Skiing

On day I and my classmate disscused about going to play Jet Ski but most of them were'nt interesting. So, I, Aliya and Asma went one day and we enjoyed our time a lot.

Motorbike Day with Brother

On the last weekend I and brother went to the desert to rent 2 motorbikes and we had a very nice adventure in the desert for 1 hour.

China & Hong Kong Trip – January 2011

On Monday 24/01/2011 I travelled to China with my brother for tourist. The place that I stayed in called Guangzhou the commercial city in the south of China. It was the most amazing trip. There were a lot of adventures occurred during that trip. Firstly, the hardest thing that I faced since I arrived that to contact them because they don’t speak any other languages rather their language and that let us to be as clowns -_- for them to understand us. Moreover, they were all the time shouting and that was the normal way to talk and discuss to each other which I really hate their impolite and less respect way to us. Furthermore, on the same day while we were walking to find a proper restaurant to have our meal we found an Arabic restaurant for Yemani people and they were very collaborating with us. They introduce us a translator plus a guide man to show us the beautiful places and to communicate with the people that we need to be in touch with. The most funny thing that was all the time happening when we need to converse the translator we have to prepare our sentence in the pure Arabic that he know because in the Arabic language the accent is different and he know the pure Arabic that all the people learns, so we were preparing the sentence and taking sometime to find some words what’s called and we discover it after finishing our talk!!!
On the other hand, we had visited Hong Kong during our trip for 3 days that it took only 2 hours from Guangzhou. In Hong Kong we had visited the Disney Land, Ocean Park and the Peak Mountains. Hong Kong was all the time crowded and noisy plus we had spent interesting time that more than Guangzhou. Actually in China they were having a vocation for their new year and almost they were closing and they were like dead city because they were preparing their self to return back to their homes for their holiday like Beijing and Shanghai. We were arranging to visit them but we couldn’t because we weren’t find available round tickets. The only word that I learned that is thank you (Shin Shin).

Shiekh Zayed Mosque

I have been visited Shiekh Zayed Mosque for the first time in February 2011 with Qatar friends. When we just looked to the mosque our tears felt without any feeling. We spent hours in the mosque reading Holy Quran and praying because it was really comfortable place. Also, I felt affection for the place and the decoration as well. What the most thing that I adored about is the securities there were everywhere surrounding the mosque.

Summer of 2003

One day that I couldn't forget in the summer of 2003, when my brother was drivivng to Al Ain with my father and without driving license. So, When we arrived to the place that we are going to, my brother entered the wrong direction to park the car and he completed while all of us noticed that there was a policeman that was keep looking to us till we exist, and then hs stopped my brother to ask him for his driving license. Here is the big surprise that brother was acting as he has the license and was searching for it in his wallet, the car and everywhere. After that, he said that he forgot it at home with his second wallet and he couldn't remember the license number because it is too long!!! The situation was very danger as well it was shocked for me and father also.

Yacht Trip

On day after completing the first semester successfully I and my classmates were planning to have a trip on the yacht together and celebrate in our holiday vacation after the stress that we had from the studies. So, Aliya was the planner and she get the yacht ready on Saturday 22 January 2011 before the day that I considered to travel. So, we were around 10 girls in the yacht playing cards, enjoying the fireworks, dancing and we were trying to drive the yacht as well. What I really liked that we were very cooperating to each other.

I went to Ferrari World for the first time with my Qatar friends in February 2011. We had a very interesting and enjoyable time by playing the games.

The Desert Trip

On some days of the winter season I and my classmates were going to the desert (ALBAR) and we enjoyed our time together with cold weather and the fire was warming us. It was the first time that I did it and the enjoyable time I had with them plus that was a very nice place with a wonderful weather. I really liked the way of our picnicking and preparing our stuff. I think we will be meeting in each winter yearly in AL BAR. It was a really amazing experience that we had together. Also, from that day we get so close to each other more. We were all the time chatting about different topics, playing but at the end we should include the marriage topic!!!
